  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or COD order verification.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time & Charges

  • Within Pakistan: 2–5 business days depending on location.

  • Delivery Charges: Displayed at checkout (may vary based on location and order weight).

3. Payment Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders within Pakistan.

  • Other payment methods (if available) will be listed at checkout.

4. Shipping Partners

  • We use trusted courier services for safe and timely delivery.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

5. Delays

  • Delivery times may vary during high-demand seasons, sales events, or due to courier delays.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

  • Eligible returns or replacements will be processed as per our Return Policy
